The technologies we use and the applications we build are useless if you don’t have the people with the skills to use them.  If your site starts generating sales leads but you don’t have the proper people following-up you will be doomed to fail.  The Internet generation has arrived, consumers expect immediate responses to their requests and will look elsewhere if their requests go on unanswered.  We work with our clients to understand their unique office environment, what kinds of skills their people have before we build anything.  IT has to support the end user not overwhelm their life and be too complicated.  We all know if something is not intuitive and easy to understand we won’t use it.  Too often IT people have unrealistic expectations of the end users who interface with the applications they build.
